I have seen a lot of changes in this industry, at times you wonder what are they thinking and why, in all honesty I really enjoy helping people get their Nursing License, Volunteering at their kids school as first time parents, helping individuals get their Background Reports for Immigration Purposes, and that makes dealing with the changes easier to handle. I enjoy what I do and answering questions that Agencies ignore and helping that individual find a solution.
